When to use a Form 43 Vs For 12 or Form 16

There is still confusion over which forms to use when finalising aspects of work with a building approval. Many in the industry still refer to form 16s as a way to show work has been undertaken to standard however this is no longer the correct form to use. There a four new forms that have replaced the Certificate of Inspection Form 16 which is not only used by a Building Certifier. The diagram below explains when each form is used.
