As the licensed builder you will need to get Form 43s from all the contractors that are installing on the construction. To keep it simple we have templates of all the forms here. Your building approval documentation will list everything that is required.
The National Construction Code (NCC) 2022 was updated on 1 October 2022 with further updates in 1 May 2023 with further updates to take place. Many parts of the code were updated with the biggest impacts on waterproofing and access. If you would like a summary of these changes please contact us and we will send you the relevant publications.
We can provide a quote for Building Certification but cannot provide planning costs without preliminary plans.
Yes. We can complete all plumbing forms on your behalf. Just let us know when we quote that you would like this included.
The number of inspections and stage they are needed depends on what you are building and will be outlined in the approval documentation. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for an inspection but we understand changes happen and we will always try to accommodate last minute requests.
