Every job is different and we will require your plans to cost accurately. There are additional costs to the basic building certification cost to be included in your budget. Our quote will supply the anticipated fees.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A townhouse goes through the same approval process as a dwelling however there may be additional planning requirements that need to be addressed in the design and initial certification stages.

The building approval will have conditions that will need to be completed and these will include the statutory inspections. You will need to book the inspection with us (we require 24 hours notice) and once complete you will receive an inspection report advising if you have passed or any items that need rectification. The report will also outline whether further inspections are required.
