There are many variables in construction and each project is individual. We will review your plans and provide a cost for the building certification and inspections. We will also advise the costs for any planning applications that maybe required. Once your building assessment is complete we will provide information on what planning applications are required.

We are required to undertake stage inspections of the construction work. The inspections needed and timeframe for them will be outlined as a condition of your approval. You cannot complete the next stage of your build until an inspection has been undertaken and approved.

We will need a site plan as a minimum to provide a quote. Your building approval will require engineered plans with a form 15, QBCC insurance (for works over $11,000). There will be other items the Certifier may need and they will send a request for information which will detail the full requirements.
