FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our Building Certification Approval documentation will outline any restrictions, considerations or documentation that will be required for your build.

This will depend on both the complexity of the project and any government agency referrals that may be required.  Some referrals can take several months to obtain.

Our building approval documentation will outline all of the inspections required. Under the building code you are not able to move to the next stage of construction without an inspection being complete.

The National Construction Code (NCC) is regularly updated and it pays to stay informed. We have training materials available for the latest changes (NCC 2022) and will mark up any areas of non compliance on the plans.
