BOOSTABLE TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The Boostable Lead Generator (“Lead Generator”) is open to all employees of Buildable Approvals.
- To participate in the Lead Generator, individuals must refer a company (“Lead”). Leads must be made by completing the referral form on the Company’s website and staff are asked to complete all contact information.
- The Company will only consider Leads that are not already in the Company’s database as prospects and who have not interacted with the Buildable Approvals for 12 months.
- The lead will be considered successful after six jobs are placed with the company. The Referrer will be notified of their eligibility for a reward within 30 days of the sixth job.
- Each Referrer may submit a maximum of two Referrals per week under the Lead Generator.
- The Referrer will be eligible to receive a $200 reward in the form of Hero Points applied via employment hero.
- The Referrer is also responsible for any taxes or other costs associated with the reward.
- The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Lead Generator at any time without prior notice, and any Referral Rewards are at the Company’s discretion.
- The Company is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected referrals, or for any technical problems, malfunctions, or failures of any kind.
- By participating in the Lead Generator, Referrers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Company, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Lead Generator.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the Company is located, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Lead Generator.
- The Referrer must disclose any personal or professional relationship with the Company prior to making the referral.
- In the instance of more than one employee supplying the same lead the lead submitted first will be considered the referrer.
- Reviews will only be paid if notification is provided PRIOR to the review being left.
- In the instance of more than one employee supplying the same review lead the person who submitted first will be considered the review contact.
- In order to receive the Referral Rewards the employee must be connected with the company on all social platforms.
